Shipping

What are your delivery times?

We endeavor to process orders within 1-2 full business days and
aim to have items delivered to you as follows: Estimated delivery times (in business days).

Tululla currently only ships within the USA.

Subscriptions

How do I subscribe to automated monthly orders?

We love that you’re committed to your beauty regimen. When purchasing your product, you’ll be able to select “subscribe monthly” and instantly save 10%. On our side, we’ll automatically renew your order every month. Simply create an account and manage your subscription as you like. There’s no cancellation fee.

How often will my products arrive?

Your products will arrive once per month on the date you selected at checkout. To amend this date please log into your account and change your subscription date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime at no cost.

What is Tululla?

Tululla is taking on the beauty world with a whole new agenda. Our mission is to make it known that beauty is not a look, it’s a feeling – and you deserve to shine.We offer a range of clean beauty supplements infused with scientifically proven ingredients to boost your confidence and help you glow from the inside out!

Can I take the full range of products together?

Great question! Sadly, we can’t offer medical advice on what specific supplementation you can take together as every person is different and has unique requirements. We suggest starting with 1 of our formulations and enjoying their optimal results. It’s best to check in with your doctor to assess which formulas are right for your personal needs.

We do not recommend taking all 3 products at once. However if you would like to benefit from 2 products you can always alternate taking one product per day, a total of 15 servings of each per month.

Where can I find the expiry date?

Please refer to your product labels to determine the exact expiry dates.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

As a company, we’re so proud of our 100% plastic-free packaging. When creating the brand, this was always a big goal of ours. We worked hard to get food-grade cores that would withstand the industry and still look great. 

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products are produced in a facility that uses milk, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, wheat and may contain trace amounts of these ingredients.

Are your formulas FDA approved?

FDA is not authorized to review dietary supplement products for safety and effectiveness before they are marketed. Tululla and its manufacturer is responsible for making sure the products are safe BEFORE they go to market. It’s not just what we put in, but what we leave out that counts.

Tululla products undergo third-party testing to ensure quality and safety. We believe that quality should be built into a product at every stage of its production, not simply policed afterward. Quality is monitored from receipt of raw materials right through to delivery of finished goods- to standards prescribed by our principles or set by ourselves.

What is your refund and returns policy?

TULULLA INC return policy allows customers to return eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund. Returns need to be unopened, undamaged and in the good condition. In the case of damaged or lost items, please contact us immediately for assistance. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. Customers must pay the return shipping cost. TULULLA INC is not responsible for any shipping damage or lost parcels on return shipment. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).

Similarly, TULULLA INC can only issue refunds or accept returns
and exchanges for items purchased on www.tululla.com. Product purchased from our salon partners should be returned to the salon per their returns and exchanges policy. Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of product receipt. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Returns on items received after 30 days will be accepted at TULULLA INC’s discretion.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment after the
return has been received and approved by us.

Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should
email hello@tululla.com for return instructions. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

When will I start noticing results?

As with most things in life, patience is key, and consistency is essential for achieving great results. Most customers start to see results within 4-8 weeks of regular use.

Are Tululla products safe to take while pregnant or breastfeeding?

When it comes to pregnancy and breastfeeding, we always steer on
the safe side. Consult your doctor if you intend to take any supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Can I pair Tululla radiant hair VITAMINS with Tululla beauty infused COLLAGEN or Tululla ageless skin VITAMINS? Or take all three?

These formulas can be taken together with caution. As zinc is a common ingredient in our formulations, it’s always best to be guided by a health professional to ensure there’s no interaction with other vitamins or medication you may be taking. Taking 2 or 3 of the Tululla products will still not exceed the upper limit of zinc at 40mg/day.

Can I take Tululla products if I have a health condition?

Please be cautious if you’re suffering from a health condition or underlying health concern. Consult with your doctor to determine whether these products are appropriate to take.

Can I double my dose for better results?

No. Supplementation doesn’t work that way. As the saying goes, “Too much of anything is bad.” Your body has a limit on how much of each nutrient it can absorb. Please follow the label instructions.

What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?

Tululla Beauty Inc is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. It’s important to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. Consult your physician prior to beginning any new dietary supplement or vitamin. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results will vary and are dependent on your skin type and skin condition. If you experience an allergic reaction consult a doctor immediately.
