Collagen infused oatmeal protein bars
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup vanilla protein powder (We like Pure Protein 100% Whey)
- 1 scoop Tululla beauty infused COLLAGEN
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup chopped cashews
- 1 handful cranberries or sultanas (optional)
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, collagen, maple syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, egg white, cashews and optional cranberries together until blended.
- Press the mixture into a 20cm x 20cm baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
- Let the mix cool completely before slicing into bars.
- Store in the fridge or freezer for longer-term use.
