Blueberry smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt (vanilla works well)
  • 1/2 cup milk (we like oat, soy or almond milk)
  • 1 handful ice cubes (optional for a thicker consistency)
  • Garnish ingredients such as desiccated coconut, granola pieces or fresh fruit slices

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large blender or food processor.
  2. Blend/process until smooth.
